He is an experienced researcher, specialist in conducting evaluation of social programmes and baseline surveys.
He is well skilled in project research with focus on pre-implementation, implementation, impact, efficiency, relevance and sustainability assessments incorporating conventional and participatory methodologies. Holds Doctorate (PhD) in Gender Studies, Master of Arts in Social Policy, Administration and Development; Post graduate Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, economics and Social Administration (BA) Makerere University, Uganda.
She is an economic Development specialist with experience of over 25 years working on Gender equality through provision of advisory services, evidence-based advocacy, and knowledge management.
She is Senior Lecturer and Coordinator for Gender and Local Economic Development in the School of Women and Gender Studies at Makerere University. Team leader for many short term contracts for the Government of Uganda in different Ministries which includes: Education, Energy and Mineral Development and trade.

Erasmus Musisi Mugerwa CPA

Erasmus is a specialist in, financial management systems and financial planning; Micro Finance support services and Cooperate Finance services; Tax advisory services; Business plan, project proposal and project management; Business investment analysis and Business Registration, liquidation and management; credit management. He is also an experienced resource person in training and supervision of personnel and has gained a lot of experience in lecturing and manpower development as a lecturer of accounting, auditing and finance related courses at Makerere University Business School.

He is a Medical Doctor and a Health Systems Management Specialist with over 20 years hands on experience in Health Systems’ Management and Strengthening at District, Regional and National Levels. Currently, he is providing Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Health for Global Fund grants writing, management, implementation, quality assurance, overall monitoring and evaluation and reporting. He Was part of the very initial team of Technical Experts responsible for designing and setting up M&E Systems for running Global Fund Grants in 2008 and since then he has worked to strengthen the overall Health and M&E – Reporting –Systems to ensure effective Grants’ Implementation and good quality of reporting in line with the Performance Based Funding approach of the Global Fund.

She has supported the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of several HIV prevention, care and treatment public health programs funded by PEPFAR. Served in various capacities at CDC-Uganda; as Technical Advisor to public health programs, Medical Epidemiologist, Treatment Team Lead, Technical Working group Co-Chair, Deputy Branch Chief, and Acting Branch Chief supervising a team of 14-20 technical officers.
