The firm started in 2011 as a registered name and later registered as a consultancy firm under section 18(3) of the Companies Act 2012 by Uganda registration services bureau (URSB), registered by Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), and Public procurement and disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA). NSSF NO. NS000636. The firm is also accredited by Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT).
